Foraying into the ever-growing and vastly-innovative field of Fast Bases, Lion Dye Chem is their next big step. Belonging to one of the most renowned companies, we have stepped into the market with the idea to transform the industry.
Based on the group’s staunch commitment to quality and industrious pursuit of planning, projection and performance, we have established a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility built on our own premises, located at 292 GIDC, Chitra Estate, Bhavnagar. We obtained the requisite EC (Environmental Clearance Certificate)) and commenced on-site construction w.e.f 22nd March 2019 under the able guidance of two of our most experienced Senior Production Engineers.
The necessary equipment namely Effluent Treatment Plant System, Reactors, Pumps, Tanks, Utilities, etc. that are essential for the plant’s seamless operation have been ordered from some of the most reputed and experienced manufacturers and suppliers. We have also implemented a Zero Liquid Discharge system within the plant to reduce wastewater and produce clean water for reuse, keeping in mind the best interest of our environment.
